Was it a date?

Those of you girls who are stuck in the "hang out" rut, this is for you (I feel your pain). This flowchart will help you to determine which of your activities have been "hanging out" and which have been actual dates. Remember, if it's a date, it's a date, regardless of what your male counterpart may call it.

I made this really late last night, so it might not make sense. It's pretty entertaining though!

And to any guys who may be reading this: my challenge to you this week is to make a girl's day by asking her on a date. It doesn't have to be expensive or fancy or even that well planned. Take her tunnel singing, even. I could make some silly promise that if you do, you'll both have a great time, and she'll fall madly in love with you, blah, blah, blah, but it doesn't always work like that. You could have a terrible time and never speak again. Hopefully not, but it's a possibility. But life is about taking risks. If you don't challenge yourself, you'll never grow. And college is about growing up--so take a chance. Do something new. Whether it's a date or not. Over and out! :)
